Spring Equinox – A Moment of Balance

With the sun sitting directly above the equator, the Spring Equinox marks a rare moment in the year when day and night are almost perfectly equal.

Nature mirrors this shift: buds begin to open, birdsong becomes more frequent, and the ground slowly awakens from its winter rest.

In our own lives, this seasonal transition can be a helpful reminder that balance is rarely fixed.

Instead, it is something we gently return to again and again. Just as the earth shifts between light and dark, we also move through cycles of rest and activity, reflection and growth.
